Kinyan of the Armon Dollar

In 1978, R’ Zushe Rivkin sent a special invitation to the Rebbe to attend the Beis Menachem shul dedication in Kfar Chabad.

The Rebbe gave him dollars for all the signatories, instructing that:

“If there were any dollars left over, he should do good things with them.”

In 1992, he asked the Rebbe if he could sell the remaining dollars to raise money for the Armon (which the Rebbe had requested in response to his offer to build a house for the Rebbe in Eretz Yisroel).

The Rebbe said that yes, he could sell them for this purpose.

R’ Zushe asked if he could guarantee brachos in the Rebbe’s name to those who purchase dollars.

The Rebbe responded:

“Yes, but only for a significant amount [of money].”

B’Chasdei ה׳, an original “Armon Dollar” whose purchase brought zara chaya v’kayama has been gifted to the Armon campaign.

The Armon Dollar is now available for kinyan on site,

allowing many to benefit while also safeguarding the dollar.

Payment will go directly to the Armon campaign, overseen by the US Vaad HaArmon.
